Located on the Southern bank of the River Tay in Newport-on-Tay, Fife, Dreamscape is a sleep retreat within a wellness resort designed to promote tranquillity, mental clarity, and restorative sleep. It provides a peaceful escape from the pressures of modern life to unwind, recharge, and heal through serene riverside environments.

The project aims to enhance the quality of life for those experiencing insomnia, sleep difficulties, and high stress, promoting healthier sleep patterns and overall well-being.

Inspired by the River Tay, the retreat adopts a water-themed concept, incorporating fluid forms, minimalism, and biophilic design principles to create a calming, immersive experience.

Dreamscape offers a variety of therapeutic and social amenities designed to relax both the mind and body. Public amenities include a restaurant, bakehouse library (a hybrid bakery and reading space), social hub, piers, and gardens, while private resident facilities feature suites, pools, a steam room, yoga and meditation rooms, an audio listening room, and a mental health clinic for therapies and consultations.
